Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our success! We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

We offer a 15-Day Money-Back Policy, provided there is a valid reason for requesting a refund. You can cancel your order online from the Client Area at any time. Once your cancellation is approved, we will process your refund within 48 hours, and the amount will reflect in your account within 5 working days.

24x7ServerGuard Fund/Credit Balance

  • Once funds are added to the 24x7serverguard wallet (Credit Balance), they are non-refundable. Any refunds issued to the 24x7serverguard wallet cannot be withdrawn.

License Policy:

  • License that purchased from 24x7serverguard will not illegible for refund. We do provide license, since it's an third party application. We can only help you for license related issues, Any application level issue can't be illegible for support. User can't able claim refund, if issue is not with licensing, Dedicated, VPS or with the development.
  • Refund Eligibility

    • This refund policy applies only to Server Management plans (Server Monitoring is excluded).
    • The 15-day money-back guarantee does not apply to service renewals.
    • All licenses purchased are non-refundable.
    • One refund per customer – Multiple services or signups do not qualify.
    • Setup fees are non-refundable.
    • No refunds for VPS or Dedicated services if the product has been delivered before a refund or cancellation request.
    • Refunds exclude additional services (e.g., WHMCS licenses/upgrades, domain registration, migrations, dedicated IPs, LiteSpeed, Development Themes).
    • Refunds are processed within 31 days of receiving the request.
    • No refunds for accounts closed due to TOS violations.
    • For existing customers ordering a new product, only a 20-day credit-back guarantee applies.
    • No refunds on product upgrades or downgrades—customers are responsible for these actions.
    • Refund claims via any payment gateway after 30 days of service usage will not be considered.

    Cancellation Notice

    For dedicated servers, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the renewal date. Due to the nature of our industry and the costs associated with provisioning and maintaining your server, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds.
